I’m sorry you had to deal with criticism in that way. Just remember that everyone goes through pretty much the same thing, and it’s even worse when you try your best and still come up against negativity.

There will always be someone out there trying to tear you down, but you just have to take the hit and keep moving forward.

Thank you so much for written this article. I had my first run in with criticism today. It was very painful to say the least. After fighting back tears for the past two hours, I am now able to smile thanks to you.
